Can't stress the lengths Tom will go to help his customers. This company is in a class of it's own in relation to customer service.Just try them out and hopefully you'll not need any aftercare as the gear they sell is top notch at a good price. Matt

First visit today! A great local outdoor store with a realy good selection of outdoor clothing, footwear and equipment! Purchased a nice new jacket and will be going back for one of the cool day sacks.
