We went on a Groupon for afternoon tea and spa. The food was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was good although it would have been better if it had been a little warmer. We mostly stayed in the hot tub as it was too cold to move around. It was a particularly cold day outside with a forecast of snow and freezing rain.
Nice modern hotel in an excellent location for East Midlands Airport, definitely the most convenient hotel if wanting to stay close to the airport the night before you fly. Quite recently refurbished so everything is nice and fresh. Has a gym & pool facilities as well as a bar and restaurant. Large car park so ideal for leaving your car while on holiday
Very nice hotel and friendly staff inside and via phone line. You can easily access hotel from EMA arrivals terminal via short 5-8 min walk. Rooms are keept clean and tidy. Very good English breakfast served in hotel restaurant with very nice and bright patio to sit in. Most convenient location from all the hotels in neighborhood.
It's a perfectly good airport hotel. Pleasant staff, very clean, good bathroom. There is a pool and fitness centre. Also a restaurant which I did not try. The room had a kettle and a decent selection of teas and coffee. Good size room, comfortable bed and nice linens. If you can't walk up stairs, let them know before you book. Five minutes walk from the departure terminal of east midlands Airport. Seven minute taxi ride (book ahead) from East Midlands Parkway railway station. I would stay here again.
Excellent hotel, food and drinks were exceptional. Rooms were very spacious and spotless. The beds were fantastic, like sleeping in a giant marshmallow. So comfortable.The staff were superb, polite pleasant, very helpful. Definitely staying here again
