Check in and collection extremely efficient and friendly. Collection point convenient for swift get away.However and most disconcerting is that the car dash cam had been diconnected and removed from the windscreen. It was later found the micro SD card had been removed as was missing!!. Previously when using the meet & greet , on arrival we were asked the vehicle milage on this occasion ( 26_09_2018 ) , the milage was not asked for. Have a suspicion well over one hundred miles had been addedWill think seriously before using again..
Used meet and greet 3 years in a row. Never had any problems. Not cheap but worth it when you're flying on your own with a young child and don't want to be messing about.
Arrival ok swiftly dealt with. Return very slow hand back as only one member of staff on counter. Might as well have used the other type of car park as the car was a long walk away from the office (good job it wasn't raining) The drivers seat had been changed along with the radio station and the heating ventilation settings. There was an extra 3 miles on the clock. there was also a mark on the dash but as they don't film that there is no way to verify it. Won't use them again
Used them last year and very pleased so using them again. my only gripe is signing is poor, unless things have changed there are plenty of short stay - long stay parking signs but NO Meet & Greet signs until you actually reach the barrier to go in, not good if you are in loads of traffic. I think short stay signs are the ones to follow which in itself is confusing if you are leaving your car for a fortnight. I use Google Maps so I can see where I'm supposed to go beforehand. 4 star parking no stars for directions '' when at the airport ''.
Collected my keys on return only to find my headlights had been left on when car was returned to the car park resulting in a totally flat battery.Went back to office to get a battery boost to start car no problem there, but after driving 70 miles back home which should be enough to charge the battery the next morning the car would not start. Had to call a local garage to start the car only to be told the battery was wrecked due to being totally flat and could not hold the chargeMeaning a bill for 129 for a new battery.There was nothing wrong with the battery when i left the car a week before.I have sent emails to the company and after one reply they now refuse to reply to further emails.This is not a good company policy, use this company at your peril.
