I have used the Easirent services many times at this airport and others in the UK. The staff are always very helpful and efficient. The booking process is always easy and amendments/cancellations are also easy should they be needed. Keep up the good work, Easirent!
I would strongly recommend that you avoid this company. Ive used these twice from two different airports. Easirent at cork airport told me I had to pay the full insurance otherwise Id have to pay a big deposit. Paid the insurance which covered everything they say. A stone then went through my back window and then 4 months later I get an email saying theyre charging me 700 for drivers negligence.At Belfast airport when I arrived I rang them up for my pick up and I was told there was nobody available to pick me up for 45 minutes. I then got a call saying a driver was on his was to pick me up and to wait outside. Waited outside for over 20 minuets and nobody shown up. A pick up driver from another company told me this happens a lot and he was kind enough to drop me off.I then got there and they charged me the full insurance again after already paying for it online. Id suggest walking instead of using these.

Would definitley avoid this company. We spent ages trying to get through to them on the phone as the office isn't located in the airport and the phone kept ringing out. When we finally got through to head office the lady on the phone had to ring the east Midlands office to ring a bus driver to come and get us. Several confused phone calls later the bus driver told us to meet him behind a garage at the airport. We walked to the garage and waited behind it (also a bit of a shady area) where 20 minutes later no bus showed up. We eventually returned to the airport and had to rent another car from another company. Waste of time and money, go with a reliable company like Hertz, enterprise etc. And pay the little extra for piece of mind.
Arranged to get the car with a full tank and bring it back full. Tank was empty. Also never happened to me that apart from insurance deposit you have you give a 95pound fuel deposit that they actually take of your account. When dropping the car off nobody was there. Tried calling and couldn't get hold of anyone. In the end had to call a taxi to bring us to the airport. Filed two complaints already and no answer. I would stay away from this company.
